I reserve the right to decline your commission without having to state a reason for doing so.

Rude/Hateful/Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Make sure you describe what you expect me to draw as clear as possible. If you provide references, provide clean ones where it is clear what you expect of me.

I will only accept NSFW commissions from commissioners above the age of 18 years old.

I will not draw extreme gore (slight is fine), mecha, detailed armor, extremely hateful/discriminatory art.

I will neither draw NSFW art of characters that are under 18 years of age, nor will I "age them up" for this purpose.

You get at most 1 revision throughout the process of me creating the artwork you commissioned - at the end of the sketching process, heavily watermarked. You may not ask for a refund past this point.

In case you are not fully satisfied with the finished artwork, you may request minor changes to be made. Major changes will not be made to a finished artwork unless properly discussed and an additional fee is paid.

Payments are processed exclusively through Artistree. I will not accept your payment through any other means no matter how you decide to contact me at first. (This is for both my protection and yours).

If for any reason your commission gets delayed, I will let you know in time and you get to decide whether you prefer waiting it out or a refund.

If for any reason I cannot finish your commission, I will let you know and you will get a refund.

I as the artist hold every right to every piece of artwork I create. This means I hold the right to use the artwork to: Promote myself and my business, display it anywhere I please, post it anywhere I please.

You as the commissioner hold the right to claim ownership of your original character (if depicted in the artwork), however not ownership of the artwork itself.

You as the commissioner can use my artwork for personal purposes only, unless you commissioned it specifically for commercial use (different pricing).

Commercial use does not give you permission to claim ownership of the artwork itself. It only allows you to use my artwork for commercial purposes.

You as the commissioner are obligated to give me proper credit whenever displaying my art publicly.

It is strictly forbidden to remove my watermarks/signatures from my artworks.

It is strictly forbidden to modify my artworks without my permission.
